90 Minutes Wellness Analysis 



- one-on-one lifestyle examination

  • Through the 90 minutes analysis, we will first find out your Dosha (functional energy) and how you can eat and live for your specific Dosha. From there we will discuss your goals and based on those goals

  • We will look at your eating lifestyle, and go over what needs to be added or taken away from your nutrition

  • We will go over how many calories you need daily based on your activity level

  • We will look at what type of exercise and how often should be doing them

- Three day food journal

  • We will go over it to see what things need to be changed

- Health/Disorder/Concerns

  • We will look at anything you may have, and to maneuver it holistically through Ayurveda.
