Three Ingredients Nutella
So my daughter was introduced to Nutella about a year (of course by her dad, who also gives her cow milk, but that is another story).
Instead of me telling her how bad Nutella is, not because it has TONS of sugar and made with not the best chocolate out there, but because it is NOT made with real ingredients. So for the past couple of months I have been playing around with recipes I found on Google. There are sooo many in case you were wondering.
I finally came up with one that is really simple, takes roughly 15-25 minutes, depending on the type of food processor you have. This is a non-dairy recipe, but you can add cow milk if you like, i would Not recommend using nut milk though.

Hazelnut: 2 cups
Cacao powder: 1/4 cup
Agave/Honey/Maple syrup roughly 1/4 cup (but depends on your taste and your cacao)
Water, about 3 tbsp
i used Navitas Org Powder, it has a very strong taste, i recommend something a little milder if they are picky eater. Also keep have more than 1/4 cup in case you like more chocolaty. For me 1/4 was just right
1) Bake the hazelnuts for about 12-15 mins at 350 degrees, until they get a bit toasty
2) Allow them to cool and rub them against your fingers for the skin to off. A lot of them will not come off, this is okay. Do not try to get all of them off, this is impossible (it took me about five tries to learn the end result is the same)
3) Place the nuts in the food processor and start processing them, slowly they will become more like a paste, a bit clay like
4) Add your sweetener, I used Agave about 3-4 tablespoons.
5) Keep blending until you get the smoothness you like, you will need to add about 3-4 tablespoon of water to get it super smooth. You can also use milk if you prefer to add a little bit of cream, i did try it with Coconut cream, however I was not a fan of the taste and texture. But if you love anything coconut then go for it
6) Place it in a close lid container and refrigerate. It is good for about 7-10 days.
