Vegan Chocolate Mousee


You Need:

  • 1 1/2 Large avocado Ripped
  • 1 banana Ripped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 vegan cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (coconut milk or other nut milk works as well)
  • Agave, Cassava, Honey, Monk-fruit to sweeten (amount depends on you)
  1. Mix the Avocado and Banana together in a blender/food processor
  2. Add the Milk, Cacao Powder, Blend a little and then the Peanut Butter
  3. Lastly add the Sweetener of choice, I normally use agave
  4. Spoon them in small serving dishes,  (tequila shots are great)                                                        
  5. Cover with plastic wrap *
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 3-4 hours before eating them
  7. They will last for about 5-7 days in the fride

* Make sure when you cover it the plastic wrap is actually on the mousse, without any space in between the mousse and serving dish. 

*This prevents the mousse from forming little wrinkles and to get kind of hard and stiff on t
